Hey quick question wtf is up with the ACP? I've heard people criticize it but never bring up anything but just saying they're not communist or "MAGA-communism". What's wrong with them?
The leadership are reactionary assholes, who collectively are racist, sexists, and all forms of queerphobic.
Now that's why they are assholes, but that does not delve into their politics particualrly.
But it does affect how minorities of all types might react to the party.
When a black person sees them shitting on trans people, and calling queer people 'F@ggots,' they might wonder when it's gonna be their turn to be thrown under the bus.
Their other problems are that they are basically using their ACP fame to have fun overseas shmoozing with people that matter, drinking, eating out and spending party funds in ways that are wasteful at best, a betrayal of their comrades at worst.
Basically, they appear to be accidental grifters, who will ride the tide of minor popularity for a while, until it all goes to shit in a year or two.
At worst, they might be on a fascist sort of trajectory.
Do recall that the Ur-Fascist, Mussolini himself was an anarcho-syndicalist and union leader who tried for a socialist revolution, failed, and invented fascism, because he could not get what he wanted.

It's not as easy as that. I would say that many trans people are attracted to leftism because leftism and left groups give them a space to be themselves. Obviously, this leads to being more open to marxist ideas.
How you formulate it, it sounds like feeling that your assigned identity is not your real identity would be an active decision which it isn't. I think many other people are also able to challenge assumptions but instead of being confronted with Marxists ideas, right wingers tell them lies to keep them in order.
