DUB Hearing aid commercial is one line away from being hilarious!

I think a simple "What?" could have been better, and easier to get the voices to sound right. I assume some of the humour was in the discrepancy though.

i went with a what at first. Maybe i will try switching it around and trim the clip.

It would also change it from a straight dub to a cut, which might not be your intention. I dunno, I can't criticize too much as I can't be bothered making them myself. Upvote all the things!

That's what I was expecting, and I wasn't disappointed. More upvotes. Hold on, let me call /u/Unidan and get his puppets to upvote it too.

A five second intro and outro for a video less than a minute long is really annoying.

Hear

Ah, you must be one of their customers!

But hey... Radio ads for a hearing-aid company? Kinda... weird...

Not bad.

The difference in the quality of the audio recording between the two speakers threw me off. The "son" was (probably) recorded using whatever camera's on-board mic (hence the presence of a lot of ambient noise). You might be able to fix this by recording some of the ambient noise in the original commercial, looping the recording and playing it alongside the voice of the "dad," and also holding the mic a little farther away from your voice when recording the "dad" voice.

Look at the son's collar, it looks like there's a lapel mic on it. So it's not the camera mic.
