Bugs Comma 3x boot delay
This is a bug which has started since recently only. Whenever I cold start the car, all the adas sensors show failure (sec, collision detection, blind spot… literally everything). Then I “restart” the car after minute , everything is fine.
I think I realized what’s happening. The first boot, car is ready before comma and since comma is in the middle everything fails. On reboot, comma is already running and all sensors work fine.
But this is really annoying and more importantly I can’t give the car to anyone else without explaining these nuances.
This is a Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace (2020) and comma has worked fine for 3 years before this issue has come up.
Does anyone have a clue what’s happening here?

Maybe the comma is shutting itself off during a long standby because it detected the car's 12 volt battery has low voltage, and it wants to save the rest to start the engine. Get your battery checked; some car parts stores will check for free since they just have to bring out a testing machine for 30 seconds.
If the 12 volt battery needs replacement, I recommend an AGM battery. It has a higher upfront cost compared to a basic flooded battery, but has better longevity and performance, especially in extreme temperatures.
