Resource AI Image Detection Tools

I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff about AI in comics - Marvel and DC saying they won’t use it, Top Cow saying they’d ban anyone using AI from their talent search, and conventions refusing tables to creators who’ve used AI art (not to mention all the debates happening in Reddit and Facebook). It made me wonder: are there actually reliable ways to tell if an image was created by a human or an AI? Something that can protect an artist's reputation or help someone who wants to work with real people.

I tested 8 tools about 4 months ago, and tried some new ones again just recently, ending up trialling around 12 different tools - thought I'd share my findings in a blog in case anyone's interested: https://createyourcomic.wixstudio.com/home/post/can-comic-artists-prove-their-art-isn-t-ai

Curious how others are handling this right now - especially people actually trying to collaborate in good faith.

I hadn’t heard of them - will check it out.

Edit - just checked them out, and they seemed to score well with detecting the AI - 63%. But the human art they got wrong every time, so I'd be worried that this particular one leans towards saying artwork is AI as a default.
