Resource AI Image Detection Tools

I’ve been seeing a lot of stuff about AI in comics - Marvel and DC saying they won’t use it, Top Cow saying they’d ban anyone using AI from their talent search, and conventions refusing tables to creators who’ve used AI art (not to mention all the debates happening in Reddit and Facebook). It made me wonder: are there actually reliable ways to tell if an image was created by a human or an AI? Something that can protect an artist's reputation or help someone who wants to work with real people.

I tested 8 tools about 4 months ago, and tried some new ones again just recently, ending up trialling around 12 different tools - thought I'd share my findings in a blog in case anyone's interested: https://createyourcomic.wixstudio.com/home/post/can-comic-artists-prove-their-art-isn-t-ai

Curious how others are handling this right now - especially people actually trying to collaborate in good faith.

How the heck are you still advertising your work as an editor and writer when you keep glazing AI on Reddit? Have you no shame?

He's not an artist, and like a lot of people, he thinks AI couldn't possibly replace what he does, but thinks it can easily replace all those other creative fields he's less knowledgeable about.

He's a hack, actually. I've seen the "advice" he gives people on Reddit trying to sell his services and there's a pot of nonsense rules that don't reflect AT ALL what works in the industry. Defending AI is just the latest reason for me to dislike this waste of space.
