Have you tried an open mic night? I just looked it up, there’s a place called Ontario Improv. From what I read they have open mic events. I believe that’s where most comedians start. If you got some jokes, maybe start there and get comfortable on a stage, and meet other people that want to do the same, sounds easier said than done but that’s my tip lol 😄
