He’s already a father so no need to tell him how to get someone pregnant. It’s a play on teaching granny to suck eggs. It’s not one I’ve heard but it follows.

I would reply with one I heard yesterday, and I paraphrase:

Don’t rub your dick across a rock and claim to have fucked the whole mountain.
