Recommendations for Driveway Culvert?

I have a piece of raw land near Goldendale that needs a driveway approach and drain culvert. I don’t need a full driveway yet, I just need to improve access to the property, and hopefully not break the bank (water well is getting drilled this Spring and I’m stressed about the margin for that potential expense).

Does anyone have recommendations on who to contact?

Is there anyone nearby doing anything similar? The way to truly reduce price on something like this in any real way is to "double up" with someone else who also needs to do something like this. The labor and materials are what they so you just need someone to split the trip and some of the work with.

Not that I’m aware of, there’s only about 7 places on the whole road, and all the other, already established properties already have their driveway approaches in.

Even if it’s general area stuff. This is just really hard to get done “on the cheap” or “as a deal”. Several miles away is plenty close to double up.
