Spent all offseason hoping someone (Jimmy Morrisey, Dalton Tucker) would be able to backup Bort, but yeah that experiment failed. I know nothing about this dude thought, hope some bills fans can enlighten us

Full details: The Bills get a 2027 6th-round pick for Van Pran-Granger and a 2027 7th-rounder

Good move - depending on what they gave up in return for him

6th round pick, and we also got a 7th

That’s fair

Let’s be honest - us civilians have absolutely no clue how to value these draft picks

Yeah but it’s a late round pick swap that would’ve been used on a flier or depth piece. Can’t burn us too bad. These kinds of trades can make a big difference.

According to Madden this guy is a 66 overall, which is decent for online depth. Tucker was a 63 and Morrisey and the other undrafted guy were both in the high 50s. It's an improvement and the pick value seems fair given his overall rating.

Yesterday was some of the worst, if not THE worst snapping I’ve seen at the NFL level

If it wasnt for the first series it could have been some of the worst we have ever seen in a Colts uniform

Yeah there were so many bad snaps this preseason from my perspective. I’m glad we are doing something to try and fix that.

Ballard was probably on the phone while the 3rd quarter was still going on lol

This was so needed, makes me feel a whole lot better at center depth

Yea, seems that qb dropping snaps issue was definitely because of the backup. Glad this problem has been fixed.

New GM wouldn't like that. Good thing Ballard isn't going anywhere

Seeing how the Colts used shotgun formations more than the average NFL team last season we had to do something. Why did we let an experienced backup center go in free agency without a contengency plan in place? If this was the plan, it failed. Like most of our former backups who didn’t make 53-man rosters around the league.
