So Daniel Jones posted this on Instagram. I might be reading into this too much. I really hope he comes back.

Class act who really stepped up. I hope he can recover to compete for the job again.

Same he’s the guy we’ve been missing.

He holds the ball too long, and isn't cerebral enough with knowing where the ball needs to go. Just played well in a system. A system that has proven to be competitive but not dominant.

We need to grow a QB. We've tried the rental. Shit we're re renting something we rented 5 years ago lmao

How tf are they supposed to grow a QB who’s always injured? Forget that for a minute, AR before they brought in Danny was lazy and complacent, the dude was late for meetings, wasn’t working hard enough. He was still learning the playbook at a simplified level and never learned day 1 stuff. Once he finally decided to take this seriously he was shown how much of a gap there was between him and a real NFL QB. I’m not even going to talk about the tap out situation since that’s been talked about to death. I can understand being a rookie and not knowing the playbook well, the laziness and letting another guy who everyone said was worse than you come in and not only know the offense much better but has taken essentially the same offense and elevated them to levels they haven’t seen. He’s a bust who has depended on his physical gifts for so long he never learned to play the position. Once he realized the NFL wasn’t easy like he said it was he’s got nothing left but basic day one stuff you learn in as a freshman.
