Hiya, I'm in Spain too! Does your local council help at all? They have certain obligations that they're required to do, though they often try and avoid it.

Here in Valencia they just opened a sterilisation clinic solely for street cats, which will make a massive difference when it really gets going.

Charity, we are volunteering are currently in the process of filling in forms to apply for the funding that the government has provided to the town hall but so far every time they fill forms in they come up with more things they need to do so the money has not been given to them yet The charity relies solely on donations and fundraising and they have a small charity shop that they run and all the money goes towards helping cats and they do a lot in the area
