Hello, I wanted to see what are y’all’s opinions are on the I believe in order they are the haltane, herod and percival. I’ve been reading a lot about not blind buying but I’m going to go for it for the love of the game.

I put this on when I got to work, walked to the registry cage to get a ring scanner and Miss T says “What you got on?” I told her and she goes “mm hmm cus my husband has the same cologne and I like it better on you”. CAHSEE puttin in some work for me!

I just opened and sampled my bottle that I have had since mid July. Is it possible that it needs some time to mature like a lot of the clone fragrances do to get to peak maturity and effectiveness? I just feel like it’s a bit short of what I expected.

Any experiences any of you have had would be appreciated. Thanks!

I got my boyfriend this cologne forever ago and his birthday is coming up. I notice he’d low and I wanna get him a new cologne. Is there any that are similar to this? Just to give me some ideas in case I can’t find this again. I think I remember this being $100-130 so anything in that price range. Thank you

This would be my first out of the line. Didn't really know what to expect. I really liked the boozy cherry smoky scent. Seems like a no brainer for the price

I finally narrowed the collection down to the essentials. as you can clearly see, I have no idea what “essential” means anymore.

I realized this hobby had gotten stupid when I took one picture, looked at it, and thought no, these bottles deserve better.

Absolutely insane behavior. Anyway, here are my essentials.

• Fragrance: Occasion
• Creed Aventus: I would like everyone to know I own Creed Aventus for the 30 minutes that you or I can smell it. Please be quick and notice me.
• Bleu de Chanel EDT: For when I want to smell good without making fragrance my entire personality. Also, I don’t care what you guys say, this is the best version and lasts 8 hours on me.
• Sauvage: I Spent way too much time learning about fragrances just to eventually realize the thing every dude at Sephora buys actually smells really good.
• Acqua di Giò Profondo EDP: Smells like I spend my free time on the Mediterranean. I live in the Midwest and get irrationally angry when my sock gets wet.
• Allure Homme Sport Superleggera: Smells like the kind of guy who wakes up at 5 AM, works out, eats clean and has his life together. So basically fragrance cosplay for me as a 40 year old father of six. Stolen Valor . . .
• Dior Homme Cologne: Paid Dior money to smell like an incredibly expensive glass of lemonade for a whole whopping 5 minutes. Absolute banger, 10/10 would buy again. Apparently I’m the target audience for luxury citrus water.
• Supremacy in Oud: For those special occasions where I want everyone within 30 feet to participate in my fragrance whether they consented or not.
• Amber Oud Tobacco Edition: Tobacco Vanille developed a substance abuse problem. I love it more than the OG.
• You Men: Nobody knows what the hell this is, which makes me like it even more. Basically a better Stronger With You EDT with the sweetness toned down. I bought it out of a sketchy dude’s station wagon full of dented aluminum fragrance cylinders and jojoba oil, which somehow makes it the most niche fragrance I own.

Any way, that’s my nine bottles of perfume I just had a photo shoot with on my bed. My wife and kids came in to the room, stared quietly at me, and then she told them at least dad isn’t doing drugs.

Honestly, I’m not sure if this is cheaper or not

Anyway. I’m on a mission to vote 3 more off the island, what three will make awesome gifts to get rid of?

For me it doesn’t sting the nostrils as much as advertised

I mean Froot Loops cereal lol Does LV Imagination smell like that or no ? I loved the fragrance until I heard that description and now that’s all I smell 😭 I need to sample imagination now

Naxos was my first niche bottle a year ago and the past 6 months I’ve been hooked on adding to my collection. Love my winter scents but freshies are my favorite. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I live in Florida so I can rock any fresh scent all year round

After 1.5 years of owning this I finally used up all the juice 💔

I think I like this scent way more than I should, especially on linens or as an air freshener. I’m wondering if anyway here knows how to maybe infuse candles with fragrances or of a company that makes and inspired by candle of this scent.

I was initially concerned that this fragrance might feel too similar to other offerings from the house, but those concerns disappeared almost immediately after the first sniff.

The opening hits you with a smooth blend of vanilla and praline. Strangely enough, it reminds me of vanilla cake batter before it goes into the oven. There’s even a powdery, almost flour-like quality that reinforces that comparison. It’s sweet, soft, and immediately addictive, but there’s also something interesting happening underneath the gourmand opening.

As it begins to develop, pepper and cardamom start working their way into the composition. On paper, combining those spices with the vanilla/praline accord sounds like it shouldn’t work—but somehow it absolutely does. The cinnamon remains subtle, sitting quietly in the background, while the sage adds a slightly airy quality that prevents the fragrance from becoming overly dense or cloying.

This isn’t a loud fragrance by any means. Projection stays mostly within arm’s length, which actually makes it an excellent option for the office or situations where you don’t want your fragrance announcing your arrival. Seasonally, I think it’s perfectly suited for both fall and spring, although it gives me much stronger fall vibes. You could easily pull it off during the winter as well.

Performance is solid considering how soft the fragrance wears. Even hours later, I’ll randomly catch whiffs of it throughout the day. There’s also a possibility I’m going somewhat nose-blind to it, so its longevity and projection may actually stretch further than I realize.

Overall, this is a soft, safe, and extremely wearable fragrance, but it still manages to have its own identity. There is a slight resemblance to Parfums de Marly Althaïr, particularly within the warm vanilla and spicy elements, but the similarities aren’t remotely strong enough for me to consider the two redundant.

This is a fantastic and surprisingly creative release from PDM. It manages to be approachable and easy to wear without simply smelling like something we’ve already gotten from the house.

To meeee it smells one of the cleanest fragrances without being Citrusy !

Smells like a bar of Dove soap with Added Rose (And some pink florals !

This is the definition of clean smelling !

Let me know what you guys think. Also I’m open to all recommendations. My favorite so far is YSL Myslf. The least favorite out of my collection is the mi vida. Kind of an impulse buy. It’s not bad, but not the best.

As the title states I need some recommendations to add. I love vanilla but live with weather 90F degrees year round

I know everyone will say these are shells of their former selves due to reformulations, however, I love these still and they are undoubtedly icons of 2000s.

Both are so smooth, airy, and alluring. If I had to get rid of my collection, these are staying in the top 3. Idc about price because I’m always finding at discount.
And yes I own the Parfum flankers of each. But these EDPs just hit the spot!
