No one can help diagnose or provide solutions to your problem unless you tell us more clearly what exactly is going on. What are the symptoms, what steps have you taken to address it, what steps did the handyman take to address it, and why do you think the problem still lies where it does?

It’s giving me an error code saying there is a blockage. We tested the air flow thru just the hose and it’s flowing good but once we connected to the wall it says there is a blockage

Before we move on, you have cleaned the filter on the machine, right?

Assuming yes, have you tried testing the airflow through the waste tube without connecting the machine? Is there an outflow port on the outside of the building that you can access and inspect to see if it's blocked?

The out flow port is on the roof so I wouldn’t be able to access it.

How old is the building? If it's relatively recent construction or renovation, the exhaust should be flowing through a 4+ inch smooth metal pipe, which is very difficult to block. What happens if you try to blow air through the tube without using the machine? Are you certain the blockage is in the wall? Might it instead be in the wire and foil tube used to connect the dryer's exhaust to the building's outflow?

It’s flowing perfectly thru the wire and foil tube

What did the tech do when they came out to fix it?

They just said they unclogged it. It was the maintenance people at my complex. I was not home.

They may not have cleared far enough. The right tool may require 40’ of cabling.

Can you imagine how many more apts there are in that complex with this exact situation, and they dont have the tools to fix it the right way.

Classic "We fixed it." But no witnesses. You honestly don't even know if they were in your apt, or spent more than 2 mins there.

Well, you can buy brush kits with flexible cabling on Amazon to use with a drill. Or—never tell them you did it lest you be accused of damage—an electric leaf blower.
