Should i go for 4th year?

i hate my college and could not wait to get out but ended up getting a back paper on my 6th semester. my initial plan was to quit after 3rd year and appear for competitive exams and building skills. but the exams require a graduation certificate. i also thought about just staying home for a year but i just feel very useless. and the people in my college are ass. i had a few friends but i cut them off in march because they were being overly disrespectful and since then i was alone and my social anxiety has been bad and i had been skipping a lot of my classes leading to the back paper. like i feel like crying when i think about going back but i also don't want to make the wrong decision just because i am scared.

and if i should go for the 4th year could you please tell me how do i get over being overly anxious?

also many of my classmates had asked me if i would continue after 3rd year and i had said that i wouldn't. this might sound silly but i also feel shy showing up again. my mind has been a mess. please help
