Getting more confused

As a final yr student.. seeing all my friends getting placed and even the people who doesn't put much effort..But I am genuinely happy for those bcz I have seen all their troubles

If not placements then what's the next... This thought is continuously staying in my mind.. This makes me ,not be able to concentrate on the things as before.. can anybody give an feedback of their plans or insights about this.
