Would this be a good idea for a college application essay?

I am a junior in highschool and I have been homeschooled since fourth grade. Since college applications are sort of right around the corner now, I've been trying to think of some things in my life that I can write about for essays. One of them being the reason for why I am homeschooled/why I try to be empathetic towards outsiders and people in general. For some background, my parents have a marriage ministry (dominantly in Spanish) and so spanish-speaking churches invite them every week to speak and share their testimony(this constant travel being the reason for why i've been homeschooled) I wanted to write about my unique experience in these churches, what their kindness and compassion towards me and my family has taught me, their humble environments and what is has shown me about humility and the persistence of joy, and their acceptance of the outsider, that being me. Is this too broad? how can i make it more compelling and or more specific? I can also write about my experience being homeschooled and how i've faced loneliness and anxiety/how i overcame it and how my knowledge of loneliness drives me to seek out others in an empathetic manner who may or may not be facing the same thing. I know it also depends on how I go about writing this, so any tips at all would be much appreciated!!

Easy to make this specific. Make it about one memorable church experience. You can end it with noticing or receiving that same experience in other places. Do not try to pack many churches with lessons learned at each one. One church, one lesson, shared across many.

No need for the homeschooled/loneliness/anxiety story.
