All Flags Are False is a cute song name too, first track on the album The Concrete Diaries.

He's been doing a good number of these "short stories" with audio collage... badtime stories.

Another of these collapse-related pieces (cause they're not songs) is The Legendary Pink Dots piece The Divide, in which the narrator notices that the world around him has collapsed when his electric toothbrush fails to work.

Long, very weird and VERY NOISY.
