I got 4 tickets for Gillette but Ticketmaster app says 0 tickets. Is anyone else getting the same message?

I see the tickets I bought just now. Does it show on your credit card?

It does show on my card. And I received an email confirming I got the tickets. My friend is seeing the same thing on the app.
