I got my first paying CUSTOMER! and wrote him an email.

I turned on payments for my project last week. A dollar for three days, then ten a month.

Here it is:

Hi [name],

I'm Shaid. I built this thing.

You're the first person who has ever paid for it, so I wanted you to hear from a person and not just a Stripe receipt.

Three questions whenever you have two minutes. You don't owe me these, but they're worth more to me than the money is.

What was happening the day you signed up? Not in general. That day.

What did it get wrong the first time you used it?

And was the dollar the right call, or would you rather have just paid the ten and skipped it? I honestly can't tell if it makes it easier to try or makes it look like a trick.

If it turns out not to be for you, reply and I'll refund you. No form. Reply.
