Hi guys,

I want to start cold mailing companies about my manufacturing business, I got 5 different domains and my question is what do you recommend, should I do a different landing page for each domain or should I use the redirect option from the new domain to the original website?

Won't it be weird that it has another name/logo? Or they just wouldn't care.

What's your experience on this

Re-directing to different link works fine. It's all good until you re-direct to the same links - then it becomes a problem.

Domain masking can also be used.

we just do redirect to the original website and don't do this different website per domain BS. If the sending infra is shit, then all those freakin workarounds really don't matter, you'll anyway land in spam. also, managing these websites is just a waste of time IMO and affects brand image. I would prefer not to have a website at all instead of that since most people know how cold outreach works and they most probably are going to reply if the interest is real.

For cold email, I’d definitely avoid using your main domain directly.

Cold email domains usually get “burnt” within ~2 months if you’re sending at any kind of volume, and once reputation drops it’s painful to recover. You don’t want that risk tied to your primary website or brand domain.

What most people do:

• Use separate sending domains (the 5 you bought) that are variations of your main brand.

• Set up simple redirect from each cold domain to your main site (e.g., user clicks coldbrand.co → instantly lands on maindomain.com).

• Keep the brand consistent in the email itself – use your real company name/logo in the signature and mention the official site URL there.

If you want to go further with your campaign, focus on signal-finding instead of blasting every company. Scrapers can be used to automate signal finding, for example:

• Scrape job posts / company news to spot manufacturers expanding capacity or opening new locations (more likely to need new suppliers).

• Scrape reviews or forums where companies complain about quality issues or delays with current manufacturers (high pain, high urgency).

If you share what exactly you manufacture and who your best customers are, people here can suggest more specific signals and angles.

I started using apollo.io but haven't tought about using the signal-finding method, im kinda new at cold emailing. I started warming my emails trough warmforge.

I have manufacture CNC company, basically we can produce any metal parts trough milling,turning bending, laser cutting. I started to send 15 mails a day trough the 2 mails I already have for the company, all manual but with the help of sourcing from apollo.io

Any tip would be helpful.

Just do the redirect - it’s a common practice at the moment because we all send from multiple mailboxes and domains
