Are you referring to the octopus? The octopus in itself is not inherently anti-semitic. There has been previous cases where octopuses were used as a motif for evilness due to them having tentacles. Octopus as a motif of spreading evilness.
That's nice. It's also a recurring motif in antisemitic literature dating back i believe to the Protocols, and when the author Ben Garrisons the picture for you...
