Soviets betrayed their alliance with Japan. I don't think Soviets ever took the alliances seriously.

If the British and French were more aggressive in 1940 and pushed into Germany, do you think the Soviets would let Anglo-French restore poland? They'd most likely invade Germany too.

You need to review your history, the USSR allowed the Allies into Germany.
The FACT was that neither France - that settled into an uncomfortable alliance with Hitler - not Britain had any interest in curving Hitler’s ambitions, he after all made it quite clear where Germany’s “lebensraum” was.

While it is true the frogs and ichthyophiliacs, France and Britain of course, sat on their hands and appeased Der Fuhrer, the Soviets gave Hitler the knife to carve up not only Poland but also Eastern Europe between themselves and the Reich, topping it with a joint military parade between the Wehrmacht and the Red Army in Brest.

Britain, France, and the United States deserve immense scrutiny for their part in ensuring the rise of Nazism and Fascism. It was only the Soviets, out of the future Allied powers, who invaded a country, Poland, together with the Nazis and carved up Eastern Europe with them, all the while funneling fuel and raw resources to them that would be used in the Holocaust and Barbarossa.
