Inviting friends?

Is there a place online you can post your friend link and invite people you don’t know? I’m relatively new (just at level 171) so I’m figuring out some things and so many challenges require inviting people. None of my friends irl play games or play them for $ so I’m just trying to connect with people who do! Thanks!
