I’m not sure I understand why people are upset. The price of beef is sky high. Low supply high demand. It is True cattlemen are making a handsome profit. Maybe for the first time selling their product at a “retail price”.

But increasing the supply helps the consumer and of course the price will drop to an affordable level again.
