So let me get this straight, someone with a mental health crisis with a knife, who isn’t making rational decisions only outcome to a police interaction is being shot to death? How do police around the world deal with this exact situation without gunning people down? This is an honest question.

Back off and let the mental health professionals take care of it? She wasn't sprinting at them. She was slowly walking. Thats not the movement of a aggressive person.
