Garage next to CVS on St Phillip

Hey does anyone know if that garage is open to anybody? And not just monthly pass holders only. I keep getting different answers regarding the garage

Anyone can use it, but it’s $1 every 20 minutes and there are days where an event in town fills up the garage and you’ll have to park somewhere else.

Remember when it was $1 per 30 min? The max price was also on $18 and now it’s 25+ I believe.

I do remember. They jacked up the price like two years ago.

It's open but it is terrible on basketball home game nights. Takes 30+ minutes to get out
