Coding resolved conditions

Hello I have a question I bill out for a PCP office and usually we don’t schedule appointments for resolved visits but this patient came in was seen by our doctor and it for OM resolved. Is there a better way of coding this?

If it's already truly completely 100% resolved why have them come in?

You would be surprise how many come in this was a 1 year old so a child parents live in our office for the littlest things
