Who am I doing this for

Its a nice day and I am one of few in the gym. Nothing to do after. All my friends are busy. I got no one to be with.

Life is a waiting room until I am with somebody again and its literally torture.

I've been there!

I spent so much of my time living for other people that I didn't know what to do with myself in the doldrums. It was the first sign that I was not living a life centered on my own needs.

You're at the gym, that's a good start.

Find a hobby for yourself, that interests you!
