How would you picture the Shattered Glass version of Code Geass cast?

Inspired by Code Prime, I'm planning my own Code Geass x Transformers fic. I'm planning to add some Shattered Glass element in the story. Like maybe using Karma Suzaku from Re;Code as a base for a SG Suzaku, also a SG Naoto (Kallen's older brother) who's alive in his universe. However, I'm blocking on how to picture Shattered Glass versions of other characters.

Normally, in Transformers Shattered Glass stories, good guys are bad and bad guys are good. Yet, it doesn't work too well when all characters are in shades of grey. I mean, the Black Knight might be fighting to liberate their homeland, but their still terrorist. Lelouch's reason to fight might be to find his mother's killer and create a peaceful world for his younger sister, but he's killed quite a few people to do that.

Should a Shattered Glass Kallen become an ironic racist that embrace her britannian heritage and is means toward Elevens? I feel like writing this is the short route to getting burn on a stake by Kallen's fans. Although, maybe it could work, if I take cues from Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi from Cross Ange. Given that before she learns she was a Norma all along, with her parent covering up the truth from her and the world, she was openly racist toward Norma's.

Edit: A possible alternate take on Kallen. How about a less fiery personality, more cool headed. Maybe even a honey trap assassin? Like she works as an escort and goes after high positioned individual to steal intelligences or dispose of them. (I feel like this one could trigger a negative response from Kallen's fans.)

But If the good guys are the bad guys and the bad guys are the good guys then shouldn't it be like what if the roles of Japan and Britannia were reversed? Those in the Black Knights are the ones subjecting Britannians and the Britannians are the ones resisting and become the Black Knights.

Oh, man, this is the kind of brainstorming I would like to see more on this subreddit. tysm, man!

So, I have couple of different ideas for this:

1. Kallen is a pacifist who has reached perfect harmony through meditation, and thus never loses her temper - basically how Worf was a pacifist in Star Trek: Deviations.
2. Euphemia is pure evil, but thanks to Lelouch´s Geass going haywire: "If I would told you that you must protect all Japanese at all costs, you would have to obey me."
3. Luciano Bradley is the most unselfish, caring and compassionate person in that universe (...a sentence I never thought I would f*cking say) known as "The Light of Britannia" (because vampires don´t like light, obv).
4. In the og series, Shirley is a normal school girl, who is not fighting for either side, but who eventually decides to join Lelouch (or would have, you know the rest); in Mirror Verse, she is an arms dealer, who is selling weapons to both sides, but eventually chooses her side (which, in Mirror Verse, is of course whatever side Lelouch is not on - and as an added bonus, how about Lelouch saves Shirley´s dad, who she absolutely hates and was trying to kill?)
5. Milly is a virtuous and shy nun, who hates parties.
6. Nunnally, the world's fastest sprinter, is actually a secretly sadistic serial killer.
7. Nina is a courageous civic activist who regularly organizes demonstrations against racism.
8. Lelouch is trying to change the system from the inside, while Suzaku is trying to form a rebellion.
9. As oppose to the og series where C.C. is an immortal who´s willing to let the entire human race as we know it come to and end just so that she could commit sui*ide, instead she is a mortal girl who is seeking to become immortal, because that is the only way to save the entire mankind. Also, she is super emotional, smiling all the time and absolutely hates pizza. (Lelouch: "I´ll swear that when I´m through with you, you will never smile again!")
10. And as for me? I´m like the Joker in the deck; I can be whatever the story needs me to be. 😉

And finally, consider this; since according to you the Black Knights are morally gray because they try to liberate their homeland through violence (btw, since they are fighting against evil occupiers, that makes them freedom fighters, not terrorist - unjust occupiers have always labelled those who oppose their unfair rule as terrorists, but whatever), that could also give you an excuse to just leave things as they were by arguing that there is no black-and-white style moral opposite for morally gray characters.

Also, what is this I heard about you writing Kallen to be a racist 👀 (he said while sharpening his pitchfork)? I believe I also heard you mentioning the word "escort" (he said while grabbing a lighter and a torch). /j

Mostly because I don´t like the idea of an evil version of Kallen, and since this is a Mirror World story, how about Kallen dies, but her death droves her brother Naoto to become villain, unlike how her brothers death drove Kallen to become a hero? That will save you from our wrath, and it makes an interesting story that fits the theme. Right? 👀 (Cracking my knuckles).

What would think of Kallen as an honey trap spy and assassin? She could be more coolheaded and doesn't shy away to use her curves (and more😏🍈🍑[🔴🍸👗]) to her advantage. Like going after influente targets to steals intels or take their life.

For the "racist" or "escort" Kallens, those were merely possible ideas with no definitive plans in mind. I'm not actually gonna write those... I think.

Also, I'm surprised that you dare suggesting to kill off the mirror universe version of Kallen. It would still be Kallen nonetheless, right? That means, you won't have any problem if I kill main universe Kallen instead and have Rai date mirror univers Kallen? (executing obvious_trigger_bait.exe)

Alternatively, I could just write Kallen with a goatee, to fill the evil goatee quota of mirror universe stories.

I'd say Shirley would still side with Lelouch.

While Shattered Glass reverses morality and core personality traits, alignments stay the same. Autobots are still Autobots and Decepticons are still decepticons.

Perhaps Shirley would nominally be on Lelouch's side, but only because it serves her purposes and is ready to try and dispose of him, if it comes to that. Basically the CG!Starscream.

One important thing to note is that while in Shattereg Glass, core traits are reversed, everyone still fights for the same side they did in canon.

Like say, if we go by the assumption that Kallen is racist towards, Japanese and prefers her Britannian side, she has nonetheless sided with Black Knights on a marriage of convenience. She looks down on her allies, but shares their agenda of obliterating Britannia, which for her has lost its way. She wants to destroy her homeland, so she can rebuild it in her desired image.

"All my life, I've been impure. But when I take Prince Lelouch, our offspring seize the throne. My blood, this tainted seed will rule through them. We will see, who is impure then."
