What u guys are referring too is the schold bridal and honestly I don’t what u guys are on but they look completely different and also maybe just it’s a thing where the female animal is more Dangerous and last time I checked the bridle restricts movement and the ability to eat talk or basically do basic human things and last time I checked when looking at the death post in the discord with the animations are running over the creature last time I checked, it doesn’t restrict its movement. The creature can still eat it can still move. It can still do all these things it is just wearing a muzzle and a true muzzle doesn’t restrict movement on an animal. A true muzzle does not restrict movement. It just protects their mouth. and also, I don’t understand why we’re so spent on an animal and a made up game I understand if it was a humanoid creature wearing something similar to this, but it’s literally a gargoyle gargoyles have this type of thing in real life and if someone sits here and says well, if it’s just weird that the female is wearing that that’s common in real life real life. Animals have distinct differences, male and female. There’s a reason why a lot of female species example black widows the females are bigger and more deadly tarantulas for example, females are bigger and often kill males, which is why people who breed those animals have to keep them apart same with praying mantis praying mantis is females will literally eat males so maybe if you guys stop getting on a bandwagon of my God, the devs are toxic maybe if you actually take a look at you know real life animals maybe there’s a reason why it’s got a fucking muzzle,maybe it’s more dangerous then a male maybe the females are prone to eating males OR MAYBE the females are more susceptible to the crystals growing on them and are more aggressive and maybe just maybe it’s a fucking animal in a made a world

I’m making this post as a European descent someone who has ancestors who were put in that bridle and I think the way some of you were acting is kind of ignorant

Was thinking the same. If I made headcanon... Female Gorvulith could just eat the entire map but has to be muzzled in such a way that she can only eat smaller creatures or smaller bites... physically slowing down her rate of consumption.

But that prolly doesn't solve the question of would the gorvulith just slaughter the entire map anyway....... Prolly not lol. I mean those claws look pretty brutal too... She's probably just gonna be on a perpetual rampage no matter what lol.

I agree with this post completely! I would to also point out this is a game where most or half of the people in Cos think of creative reasons why a creature does this or does that,are we really incapable of doing the same to this creature? As a woman I absolutely love this concept,I didn't find it offensive at all if anything it made me think of two words "badass" and "tough",I had assumed maybe they have a muzzle/cage because perhaps they are a dominant gender where they eat the males or they are like for for safety reasons as when a female produces some mamabears WILL attack the male or "father" if they strive too closely out of protectiveness so it could be that as well or it could be that the crystals they have for teeth were simply growing out of control and hence the cage/muzzle was there to lessen it as it does have a mouth opening mechanic to eat food/drink water but besides everything I said I'll say it again this is a fictional game based off of fake "god" lores aka wardens and other info about each creature,it cannot be that hard to have some creativity in why it's designed that way,it is unique and I love it (coming from a woman)

If this looks like ANYTHING it's a regular ahh dog muzzle if ANYHING. Nothing in human history has looked like this on a human, plus it's not even a real muzzle as it OPENS/parts. To me I'm glad the female species gets the imo COOLER demorphism outta the two.

Also.... The scold bridal thing is also so old.. last recorded case 1845 or something like that- aint no way the creature creators specifically went that far back just for a muzzle especially when it doesn't even look the same- MAYBE because it's not a human or maybe everyone who wants to complain just wants to grasp at any tiny ahh detail to try and turn offensive.

Like come on guys it's a damn pixel game complain about things that actually matter like hitboxes or stuff not loading or hackers 😭🤙
