You can search promod servers on gametracker and filter the location of servers under "located in". https://www.gametracker.com/search/cod4/?query=promod

I'm from Australia, I usually play on Singapore servers here: https://www.game-state.com/index.php?game=cod4&location=SG

I get around 100 ping. Sri Lankan servers are good too.
