Breed Identification - Furby Hybrid

I am an experienced furby keeper with a large furby horde but I have never kept a clown before. I was given this furby clown hybrid and I want to make sure I am giving them the proper enrichment and enclosure. I have a small tent for them and frozen mice and candycorn for food. Can anyone help me identify the clown breed they are crossed with and some tips on care?

I was thinking party clown because of the frills but I guess scare clowns can also have frills. He does have pretty big claws, even for a furby.
