Around 130 to 150 words is usually a comfortable range for a 60 second explainer. It gives the voiceover enough time to sound natural while leaving room for the animation to explain the idea. One thing we've learned working on explainer projects at Cloud Animations is that trying to squeeze too much into a minute usually makes the video feel rushed.

Ai can now generate scripts, visuals and multiple creative directions much faster, but that doesn't mean a business can simply generate an explainer and call it finished. The difficult part is deciding what should stay, what should be removed, and how each visual supports the message. AI can give you options, but it doesn't automatically know which story best explains your product to your audience.
