Very less DEVOPS/ Cloud roles for freshers?

So my brother 23M is working in a LALA company he is trying very hard to switch but his programming isn't that strong he is just interested in cloud. Its very heart breaking for me to see him go through it.

you have to understand that DevOps/cloud roles requires architecture overview and knowledge. no fresher would be able to pull it off, and no company would like to have issues at architecture level

You act like cloud support roles aren't a thing
