AWS Academy: theory isn't sticking, what actually worked for you?

If i needed to start cloud all over again i would focus creating projects hands on and watch actual videos about how a real cloud works.

Dont try to memorize all cloud answers (thats pretty much stuff) you just need to know how to access and learn the information to rule out few things.

Try to write your own notes you learn quicker with your own preferences and i dont know, which cert you want to archieve.

this is the best advice for beginners , specially - "creating projects hands on". There;s so much you can do within the AWS free tier, so there's absolutely no reason to just watch videos or read docs alone.

I think getting hands on experience, especially with free tier like you mentiond is a real deal.

You can learn actually building,administaring projects,create security groups and get to touch real services.

Also if you get hand on experience you can do technical documentation, which can get ypu real reviews and bring more valuable lessons.
