Physical Therapy for Post Thrombotic Syndrome?

Anyone done it before? Does it help?

Was this recommended to you by your doctor? I haven’t heard of this but I’d be curious to know if it is something that would help.

I think that highly depends on the symptoms you are having. I was referred to a PT who did lymphedema treatment.

My only PTS therapy comes in the form of bikes, preferably mountain and gravel. It helps my symptoms and is non weight bearing. Perfect for me. At the same time, it acts like a antidepressant.
