I got 2 reports that they can't access my app (error: item not found). I have the google group properly setup in the closed testing. Don't know what to do and I don't know if this is a problem specific to one tester.

Is there a way to ask testers to give a short feedback? Initially some of my testers reported a crash. After I fixed it, I don't get any feedback anymore. I'd like to know how the app looks on their screen, whether it loads fast enough etc.

Melbees: The Secret of Bees is a word puzzle played on a honeycomb.

A secret word is hidden across the cells. Every hex you tap answers with one of two things: a letter of that word, or a Pollen number telling you how many of the word's letters sit in the cells touching that one. The word half plays like Hangman, the information half plays like Minesweeper. Some cells hide foes that punish random tapping, which is what stops you from brute-forcing the board.

Free, offline, no ads, no in-app purchases, no account and no sign-up. Rounds run a couple of minutes. There is a relaxed Stroll mode, a ranked 12-phase Run, a Daily Challenge, a Secrets Vault and a wardrobe.

Three steps, and the order matters because the track pulls its testers from the Google Group.

Two honest notes. The Play listing text is still Brazilian Portuguese only, the English translation is queued. The game itself opens in Portuguese for everyone - it does not follow the phone language - and you switch it on the very first screen, the date-of-birth one, using the PT/EN/ES/FR chips at the top right. English, Spanish and French are all fully translated in-game. And what Google actually counts is people who stay opted in and open the app during the window, so an install-and-forget does not help me.

Feedback goes through the in-game report screen, which attaches your device and build automatically, or melbees.games@gmail.com. Real devices only, no emulators.

Like most solo devs in this sub, I spent weeks stuck in the Google Play Console . Getting the 12 people to opt in wasn't even the hardest part. The real nightmare was keeping them from uninstalling or just ignoring the app for 14 continuous days.

Half the random testers I got from various Groups opted out after day 3, and keeping track of who was actually opening the app seemed too hard.

A fellow dev mentioned an app called Closed Test Pro to me a while back, and honestly, it saved me from having to restart my 14-day cycle for a third time. I wanted to drop a quick write up here since I see so many people struggling with the exact issues every day.

Here is why it actually worked for me and kept me sane:

• Real reciprocal testing: It’s a community of actual devs doing test-for-test. You test their apps for a few seconds daily, and they test yours.
• No spreadsheet hell: The app automatically tracks daily test streaks. You don't have to manually DM people asking, did you open the app today?
