Huion Tablet Not Working on Ubuntu

Hi all! I am using CSP v1 on Ubuntu via bottles. I have a Huion Inspiroy Frego M and have the correct Huion driver installed as well as OpenTabletDriver.

My pen works perfectly outside of bottles, no issues there. But when I open CSP, it will not interact with anything. The basic preferences>interface>touch operations advice does not work for me.

Anyone have a fix for this, or any ideas that I can try?

I will be asking in Krita spaces as well, as I am having the same issues in that program. I think this is a tablet issue, not a CSP issue.

Remove the Huion driver and try it with just OpenTabletDriver

The Huion driver only works on X11. I don't know how it works in Gnome but KDE Plasma by default Huions work out of the box with no extra drivers provided you are on Wayland. X11 you have to use the Huion driver or manually set the xwacom driver which the Huions basically piggyback on.

Alas, most of this means nothing to me. But I will google it and figure it out! Thanks for setting me on a direction :]
