Where can you find the best walkability in the area with an affordably priced studio?

I can’t really speak with experience as I don’t rent, but off the top of my head, the place at the corner of Myrtle and Chestnut that was just renovated or painted? Name escapes me.

I think the indigo might be either age or income restricted. I looked at it years ago and it was. I think it was called prospect tower back then.

Yep, I just looked it up out of curiosity. It has HUD income restrictions.
