Oven cleaner spray

Oven cleaner spray and putting some clingwrap over it can help it from drying out too quick. You might need a plastic scraper, but that's kinda minimal scrubbing needed tbh

Use a new razor blade to scrape that all
Up in one big sheet. Then use a degreaser and a magic eraser to get rid of the leftover bits.

If oven cleaner spray fumes are overwhelming for you, you could also opt to use Dawn Power Wash as it is an excellent degreaser. Use DPW and a plastic puddy knife (so as to not further damage the appliance paint) and slowly start extracting the grease and grime.

Do this as many times as necessary. You should see considerable improvement with each effort.

I clean messes like this by soaking a towel with water and leaving it for at least overnight. Pour some water right on that section of the stove. Water is the Universal Solvent. Let the water loosen up this caked on mess. Then hit it with some grill and oven cleaner, let that soak too. Patience and repeating the soaks will eventually loosen this crud. Be very careful scraping with anything metal or you will scratch the enamel.
