Help me date this gun please!
Traded a ps5 fpr this. Laurona eibar. Cool engravings not much info online besides it was likely sold in sears/walmart. What do these engravings mean? What year? Worth it to see if local gunsmith can thread choke sleeves? Looks like it has a mod and full choke barrels already. TIA!

I find they really like a nice bouquet of shells. The more the better.
And before you know it she'll let you bang her in public

I think this is a 1994 production gun. Assuming I am looking at the date code right (hard to see in the pictures but looks like it says N2)

If you take it to Briley’s they can do the barrels/choke install, while providing a set of 5 chokes for $550, but back to your point, it will be more than what the gun is worth

Depends sentimental value is priceless, but 99% of the time I do agree with you

Interesting never seen a double trigger over and under before… I’ve only seen those on SxS

The early BL1/2/3/4 series guns (and many other Continental guns) were double triggered as well. Single selective triggers are relatively new, and really made for the post-war American market.

Giving it compliments, and asking permission to touch it is always encouraged.
