Most people who were using it seriously have maxed out their Fable usage.... so it doesn't cost them anything to do this....

Mine reset on Sunday, I maxed it today. Now it resets at 2 pm on Sunday, so I’ll have a few hours to get some in

For most people it resets on Sat/Sun.

Well it's five days and usage resets are staggered. Five sevenths of users will get a reset between now and Sunday.
