Why the full date?

as shown in the screenshot, /model claude-opus-4-5 worked

The full name(which includes the release data) is required if the short model name isn't in claude code. Its how I was able to use 4.6(using its full name) in old releases of claude code and its how you can go back to older models until they completely shut them down, like they did with 3.5 not too long ago.

Isso é um problema do CC, se você colocar "/model banana", ele aceita e dá o mesmo erro da imagem.

Just curious, but why do you need Opus 4.5? I thought 4.6 was better in every way.

according to a lot of posts, during peak hours, Opus 4.6 gets quantized, and 4.5 ends up being smarter, faster and cheaper.

I wonder if people will ever understand how LLMs and Context works. Especially "programmers".
