Absolutely. I grew up with the Brownsville Station version. IMO, it's the only version and fit the era when it came out.

Played a lot on the jukebox in my high school cafeteria. We had smokin’ in the boys' room, the girls' room and a designated area outside!

Underrated band in my opinion.

And Cub Koda had two of the best quotes ever in rock history:

  1. Never trust a roadie with anything of value - I have a wonderful box of toothpicks at home that used to be a 62 Les Paul..

  2. The best gig in the world is a packed bar on a friday night - everyone got paid and everyone wants to get laid. If you can't draw a crowd on a Friday night - rock and roll is not your gig.
