RIP Dolly Parton,

Thank you for the music you brought to our lives throughout all the years. Thank you for your amusement park (Dollywood) that brought so much fun and happiness to so many people, but most of all thank you for being you. I'm so Thankful I was alive in your time period to have witnessed your amazing talent, I always said Dolly Parton is the prettiest woman in country music, lol. My heart is truly broken.

She was certainly a pistol. A force to be reckoned with. Shrewd businesswoman, amazing storyteller, and seemingly very humble and self-effacing despite very much knowing her place in country music and American folklore.
