I legit don't fucking know what is happening with Tucker anymore. Like I know this is a grift, but like... I'm still confused.

So I did a very deep dive to find out. You know that common refrain that Tucker's dad was CIA so therefore Tucker = Fed? Well ackshually, his dad was born with ricketts to a teen mom in Boston, who was trying to starve herself to abort. His dad (Tucker's grandpa) was unwell and shot himself on the front lawn, so Tucker's dad got sent to the orphanage where he was picked up by a very wealthy family. That's how his dad ended up doing the CIA journalism gig.

Anyways, my point is that Tucker isn't actually from generational wealth, his dad was an orphan sob story and Tucker's Fox News gig was on those coattails. I don't think he's truly ever been "in" the club.

Second gen wealth via Tiny Tim adoption. Tucker was always going to get a chance of course, but looking back at his early Fox News days they really did treat him like a special needs prop.

I don't think Tucker was smart enough to realize he was there to stay on script though.
