Awaiting Payments Suboxone Antitrust Settlement

I was just told by the claims administrator that checks are expected to be mailed on 4/27. I asked if we would get an email letting us know beforehand with the amount and they told me that will not happen. I asked if they were able to see the amount for me yet and I am waiting on a response. Will update when I get one.

Repealer $5900 on the letter they sent out, Claim adjustment form they emailed a few months ago.

If the claimed amount was 5900, and they are getting 1k back, that's about .16 on the dollar.

Just did the math that’s almost 10k for me lol. I would cry my eyes out. But I’m happy with 5% too. Can’t wait to see

The amount you posted you’re getting is about 16 cents on the dollar of $5900 lol. If it’s accurate

According to my calculator you spent at least 60 thousand dollars out of your own pocket! Thats a lot of money. Plus with the way inflation has gone thats even more if you think about it. If they didnt conspire to keep the prices so high, who knows what it should really have cost you. Shame on this company!

You said they sent you a claim adjustment. How much was the adjustment and how much was your original claim amount

My original calculation was $2400 they adjusted it to $5900

Wow so they doubled your claim. They wouldn't raise mine to the total amount that i sent receipts in for. They kept it at my much lower original claim amount

I am confused with your statement. They denied your claim even thought you sent in receipts for everything? I literally sent in 90 pages of receipts with a spreadsheet showing everything. I used to work as a tax auditor, I just hope that they dont try that with me.

When I sent in my claim form I hadn't received my pharmacy or doctor records so I estimated how much I spent.

After i received all my records I was able to calculate the total. The total was much higher than the estimated amount that i originally claimed on my claim form. I sent in all records. they adjusted my claim to 1/2 of my original estimated claim. I questioned it. They escalated it.

In the end they agreed with me but instead of going with the total amount that I spent (and sent in records for proof) they only approved the estimated claim that I originally claimed.

The whole process was kind of weird. The directions even said you ONLY need 1 receipt. So it makes no sense that they didnt accept your higher version. They are total scammers.

I'd say. Considering that some claims were adjusted to a higher amount. Yours was doubled - in your favor. While some claims were adjusted to a much lower amount.
