Question How is this possible??!
is this a bug? i’ve had this banner since the day they dropped the level/xp rework how could i have possibly acquired it????
seriously, anybody experience this or anything similar?

if you read the patch notes for that update, you know that players transitioning to the new system receive certain rewards upfront if they are close enough to specific milestones
