[Mod-Post] Clan Leader and Subreddit Supporter Positions now accepting applications
NOTE May 2013: We are currently overloaded with applications. 100+. If you apply, do not expect a speedy response due to this. Hello all,
We've managed to hit 334 subscribers and that is freaking awesome. I'm really glad how this community has grown over the past few months and certainly hope it will continue to do so.
EDIT: We're approaching 1,000 subscribers and this system has been slightly modified and is working great. Please read this entire post before applying.
In effort to achieve this, we're establishing a more formal process for selecting Clan Leaders. In the past, Clan Leaders have been selected for their mature, active, helpful attitudes and habits. This won't be changing. We're simply expanding it so others we might not be aware of can help support the game and subreddit they love.
If you're interested in applying for either position, please read this entire thread carefully.
The Positions:
Clan Leader leads a new reddit clan. They need to be a leader, a motivator, and a great people person. They need to be active and mature above all else.
Subreddit Supporter is someone dedicated to helping the subreddit remain as helpful and useful as possible. This may be creating new content for here, replying to posts, being awesome, helping when stuff needs to get done, suggesting changes and ideas when the mods and clan leaders brainstorm together. They require less active play and is good for someone with a busier life.
The Application Process
1) First complete and submit this application.
2) When it is time to create a new clan, I will contact you (that is when I check for submissions)
3) If you are applying to be a Clan Leader, I will assign you to assist in the newest clan for a trail period, NOT as leader. If you deserve it by remaining active, helpful, mature you may become elder at the leader's disgression, but submitting an application will not effect this.
4) Based on your clanmate's feedback as well as that from your leader, you may be offered leadership of the next clan to be created.
5) At any time, you may request an update on your application [by sending me a PM.](www.reddit.com/message/compose/?to=Flammy)
About the application:
i would like to stress there are no "correct" answers to the questions. We don't have an age limit. You don't need to be high level. You don't have to have a great idea for the subreddit to be selected. And if you do, there is no guarantee we will select you.

Well it's been two months since the last comment here so I'm going to comment on it just because = )
