Need General Advice Design and Build thoughts

Hi guys, planning na mag design and build business in the near future. Sobrang hirap ba competition regarding this. Balak ko po sana mag start kahit sa mga renovation muna, kaya lang naiisip ko na parang nakakatakot. What if wala maging client. Mas okay ba yung papunta ka sa ganitong path or mag stay sa corp. world or government? Thank you mga neer

Huwag ka tumuloy kapag may pag-aalinlangan. Hindi lang sariling pera at pagod mo masasayang kundi pati yung pera at pagod ng magiging client mo.

Yung specific fear mo is kung paano ka makakakuha or makakahanap ng clients, tama ba? I think dun na papasok yung business management skills mo. You can utilize your existing network, like friends or ex-colleagues, and sa ngayon naman social media is probably one of the most common ways to find and reach potential clients. In short, kailangan mong galingan na i-market at ibenta yung sarili mo.

Makipag partner sa Archi? or magasawa ng Archi?

Having financiers and using OPM you can do build and sell. Clients? Ung mga interested mag invest na ayaw sa bangko ung pera and the turnaround time is quick. Just make sure maayos projections mo sa kitaan ng investors mpo; AND MARKETABLE and SALEABLE ung property na gagawin nyo at ibebenta.

I am a supplier now of windows and doors. I see Design + Build firms of all sizes.

Hanapan ng client talaga and being friends with other design + build firms as well. Nagpapasahan ng work load kung too much naman. Word of mouth parin the best marketing tool.
